Uganda Single Entry Visa
Citizens of certain countries are eligible to apply for the Uganda Tourist e-Visa provided that they meet the required criteria. The Uganda Tourist e-Visa allows for a maximum stay of 45 days Total in Uganda.
Ordinary Single Entry Uganda e-Visa Requirement
- 1, Passport copy (bio-data page)
- 2. Recent Passport-size Photograph
- 3. Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)
Uganda Multiple Entry Visa
All travelers wish to travel to Uganda within the coming 6 months,12 months and 24 months , can apply for these multiple entry visas, in which the duration of stay is 6 months,12 months, and 24 months, depends on the visa duration applicant selected.This Uganda Multiple entry visa allows the applicant to enter the country for multiple times within the period.
Uganda Multiple Entry Visa 6 Months Requirement
An application of Uganda Multiple Entry Visa should be accompanied by the following documents based on the purpose of travel:
- 1. Passport (Bio-data page) with at least 6 months validity
- 2. Recent Passport size Photograph
- 3. Valid Police clearance from Interpol or home country
- 4. Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)Recommendation letter from referee one (1) in Uganda
- 5. Cover Letter stating reasons for Multiple Entry
- 6. Proof entries and exits into Uganda in the last one year
Uganda Multiple Entry Visa 12 Months Requirement
- 1. Passport (Bio-data page) with at least 6 months validity
- 2. Police clearance from Interpol or home country
- 3. The passport (Bio-data page)
- 4. Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)
- 5. Cover Letter stating reasons for Multiple Entry
- 6. Proof entries and exits into Uganda in the last one year
- 7. Recommendation letters from referee one (1) in Uganda
- 8. Recommendation letters from referee Two (2) in Uganda
Uganda Multiple Entry Visa 24 Months Requirement
- 1. Passport (Bio-data page) with at least 6 Months validity
- 2. Police clearance from Interpol or home country
- 3. The passport (Bio-data page)
- 4. Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)
- 5. Cover Letter stating reasons for Multiple Entry
- 6. Proof entries and exits into Uganda in the last one year
- 7. Recommendation letters from referee one (1) in Uganda
- 8. Recommendation letters from referee Two (2) in Uganda
All travelers intending to visit the Republic of Kenya, the Republic of Rwanda and the Republic of Uganda for tourism are eligible to apply for the visa. An East Africa Tourist Visa is valid for multiple entries within the three countries and is valid for 90 days after arrival.
Travelers who use the East Africa Visa program apply and pay a fee online and receive their electronic visa online before traveling to Uganda, Rwanda or Kenya. The e-Visa is an official document permitting entry into and travel within Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya. Applicants must not have another current Uganda, Rwanda or Kenya visa.
An application of East Africa Tourist Visa should be accompanied by the following documents based on the purpose of travel:

East Africa Visa
All travelers transiting through Uganda for a period not exceeding 2 days Total are eligible to apply for the visa. Applicants are required to have a confirmed onward booking from Uganda to a third country or other acceptable plans to depart Uganda within 2 days after arrival. The maximum number of days allowed with a Transit e-Visa is Single Entry. This means that your layover/transit time in Uganda cannot exceed this period.
Uganda Transit e-Visa Requirement
An application of Uganda Transit Visa should be accompanied by the following documents based on the purpose of travel:
- 1, Passport (Bio-data page) with at least 6 months validity
- 2, Recent Passport size Photograph
- 3, Vaccination Certificate (Yellow Fever)
- 4, A letter stating reason for transit and country of destination
